Standard shipping usually takes 7-14 business days. For custom-printed sets or group buys, production times vary and will be specified on the product page.
Are your keycaps compatible with my mechanical keyboard?
Most of our keycaps are designed for MX-style stems (Cherry, Gateron, Kailh). Please check the layout compatibility list in the product description to ensure fitment for non-standard bottom rows.
What is your return policy for electronic components?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-built keyboards and soldered PCBs are non-refundable unless defective.
